LISTEN TO PART 1: Invocation
“A living landscape of world, jazz, rock and contemporary music.”
RELEASING JULY 9, 2026
ONE
A Continuous Composition in Eight Movements
ONE is a 45-minute continuous musical work that unfolds across eight connected parts. Drawing on elements of world, jazz, rock and contemporary music, the album brings together musicians from different traditions while remaining rooted in a single artistic vision. Intimate passages, improvisation, soaring ensemble textures, wordless vocal motifs and moments of quiet reflection gradually unfold as a single musical landscape.
The result is music that can reward close listening, accompany a long drive, fill a room, or simply unfold in the background. It asks for nothing in particular from the listener, yet often reveals something new with each return.

The King of the Sea
"It is a wonderfully eclectic album but one where the tracks still sit easily side by side as western pop and rock are subsumed by eastern spirituality and shimmering beauty. And for all its mercurial and wide ranging references it has a wonderfully cohesive sound one that feels natural, unforced, organic. Perhaps it isn’t an album that Nandan Gautam could have made as the younger man, when he was perhaps trying too hard. This is the sound of a musician allowing the music to come to him rather than searching it out. Perhaps two decades is worth the wait for him to make such a fantastic and singular record. Actually, there is no perhaps about it." ~ Dave Franklin
